Paul S. Bryda, of Enfield, passed from his earthly life at the age of 56 to eternal life on Tuesday September 8, 2009 at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford. Paul was the beloved husband of 33 years to Valerie A. (Grenon) Bryda. He was born on July 15, 1953 in Worcester, Massachusetts, the son of Laura M. (Jacobson) Bryda and the late Louis F. Bryda and had resided in Enfield and Somers. Paul was a graduate of Somers High School. He was employed as a mechanic with Rockbestos, East Granby, CT.
Besides his wife and mother, Paul is survived by his son, Mark S. Bryda and beloved grandson, Mark S. Bryda, Jr., He is also survived by his siblings, Louis F. Bryda of Norwood, MA, Karl S. Bryda of Columbia, MO and Scott E. Bryda of Walnut Grove, MO. Along with his father he was predeceased by a son, Robert J. Bryda.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather with his family during calling hours from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. TODAY (Saturday September, 12, 2009) with a Memorial Service taking place at 3:00 p.m. with Fr. John Melnick officiating from Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield. Interment will take place at the convenience of his family. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in his memory may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
