Peter G. DiFranco 73 entered into peace on Sunday September 25, 2005 at Wolcott Hall Nursing Home Torrington CT. Peter was born in Warwick RI., He was the son of the late Ernest and Claranice (Petrarca) DiFranco and was an Enfield resident most of his life, moving to Morris CT in 1999.Peter was a employed by the US Postal Service in Enfield for thirty one years and retired in 1987. He was a US Marine Corp Veteran of the Korean War. Peter was a member of St. Patrick Church Thompsonville, a member of the Rinaldi Fede Post, Enfield a former member of the Enfield AMVETS Post, and former member of the Knights of Columbus Enfield. He is survived by his beloved wife of fifty years Theresa (Walsh) DiFranco, Pete also leaves his beloved family three daughters Tina M. Morgan and husband John of Woodstock VT., Lori A Ajazi and husband Demi of Morris CT., also Mary-Jo Grenier and husband Brian of Belchertown MA. He is also survived by four grand children PeterA. DiFranco, Demisha Ajazi Jr., Merisa Ajazi, and Brian Grenier Jr. Pete also leaves three brothers Ernest of Windsor Locks, Mario of Enfield and Carmine of Springfield MA., also a Brother In-law James Lepore of Enfield and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by a brother Candido DiFranco and a sister Anna Lepore. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday September 28th at 10:30 AM from Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield Ct., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM in St. Patrick Church Thompsonville. Burial will be with military honors in St. Patrick's King St. Cemetery. Peter's family will receive relatives and friends at Browne's Chapels on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Memorials may be made to The American Diabetes Assoc. P.O.
