Rita Farrell
Rita (Lannan) Farrell, 91, of Enfield, entered in to eternal rest, Monday June 30, 2008 at home. The widow of William "Bill" Farrell, Jr., Rita was born February 27, 1917 in Lowell, MA, the daughter of the late James and Mary Lannan and had resided in Enfield for 45 years. A member of St. Martha Church, she enjoyed bingo, camping, crocheting and knitting. Rita is survived by her son Ronald F. Farrell of Enfield, with whom she made her home, her grandchildren; Kimberly Farrell, Shauna Gomes, Jennifer Tourville and Amy Haley, six great grandchildren; Taylor Mead, Chandler Mead, Decyln Tourville, Skylar Tourville Theo Haley, Aidan Gomes and her brother Francis Lannan of Lowell, MA Rita was predeceased by her daughter Joyce A. Boutwell.<br><br>Family and friends will gather Thursday July 3, 2008 by 10:15 a.m. at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels, 43 Shaker Rd., Enfield, for a procession to St. Martha Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment in the Hazardville Cemetery.
