Samuel Hubster

Samuel “Sam” J. Hubster, 53, of Indian Orchard, MA entered into eternal peace on Monday (July 19, 2010 at Baystate Medical Center, Springfield, MA. He was born on Sept. 18, 1956 in Westover, NewYork son of the late Samuel Hubster and Koreen “MA” Valeo and had formerly resided in Suffield and Enfield. He attended Suffield High School and then enlisted in the military with the US Army. Sam had a passion for automotive sales and service and opened his own successful dealership, STS Automotive in East Windsor, offering sales and service for the last two decades He won many sales awards. He enjoyed collecting antiques, shells, rocks and coins. He loved his gardening and prided himself on his attention to detail. He is survived by his fiancée of 11 years Pege Godfrey, his 6 children; Samuel, Joseph, Debra, Brendan, Kolby, and Nicholas Hubster and two grandchildren; Roma Hubster and Aniela Artioli. He is also survived by his two sisters; Pamela Sloane and Nance Kennedy along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Relatives and friends may gather with his family during calling hours on Thursday (July 22, 2010) from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service at 8:00 pm with Fr. John Melnick officiating at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield, CT. Burial will be in the Hazardville Cemetery, Enfield on Friday July 23 2010 at 3:30 pm.
