Shane Reed

Shane David Reed, 31 of Enfield entered into eternal peace on Friday, February 23, 2007. He was a graduate of Enfield High School and resided in Enfield most of his life. Shane loved spending time with his wife and friends as well as his dog Dante. Some of his interests included playing his guitar, soccer, spending time at the beach, traveling and photography. Shane is survived by his wife, Jennifer (Deni) Reed of Enfield, his parents, Terry & Claudia (Brainerd) Reed of Summerfield, FL, his son, Branden Blodgett and Branden's grandmother, Lynn Blodgett, two step-sons, Michael & Daniel Locafta, a brother and his wife, Jason & Amy Reed, three nieces, Amanda, Sam, & Nicole of Stuart, FL. Shane is also survived by; his grandparents John & Alice Reed of South Windsor, a uncle, Marshall and aunt Susan, aunt Eunice and uncle Ted, many cousins including; Debbie, Pam, Lori, J.P., Linda, Bob, and his best friend Eric Miller along with many other relatives and close friends. Shane was predeceased by his grandparents, Bill & Ruth Brainerd, his uncle Frank and aunt, Barbara. Relatives and friends may call at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels on Wednesday (2/28/07) from 6 to 8pm with a Memorial Service for Shane at 8:00 pm. A Private Memorial Service will also be held in Florida at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Branden Blodgett Scholarship Fund c/o New Alliance Bank 122 A Prospect Hill East Windsor, CT 06088 Attn: Kathleen Silvers Tein
