Theresa “Tree” I. (Romero) Cote, 42 of Enfield, CT and formerly of E. Longmeadow, MA, passed from her earthly journey to eternal life on Thursday Oct. 15, 2015. She was born on April 10, 1973 in Salinas, CA, daughter of Fernando and Sara (Prieto) Romero. Theresa was employed over the years as a Pharmacy & Medical Technician and Phlebotomist. She enjoyed painting classes, traveling, also had a passion for animals and loved her cats. Besides her parents Theresa is survived by her beloved husband Wayne J. Cote, a sister Cynthia Romero of CA, along with two nephews, one niece, several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends may gather during calling hours on Thurs. Oct. 22, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. followed by a Remembrance Service at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield. Burial will be at the convenience of her family.
