Therese Donini

Therese Ann (Wicykowski) Donini, of Milford, passed from her earthly journey at the age of 58, with loved ones at her side on Tuesday July 5, 2016 at Yale New Haven Hospital. She was born on October 6, 1957 in Springfield, MA, daughter of the late Edward and Catherine (Russotto) Wicykowski. Therese had resided in Milford for the past 25 years also in West Haven and Enfield. She grew up and was educated in Enfield, and furthered her studies with the University of Phoenix. She served her country proudly with the U.S. Navy. Therese was employed as a dining room manager, and formerly owned Edwardo’s Restaurant in Hamden, CT. Therese had a passion for animals as seen by her loving menagerie of dogs, cats, birds and God’s other creatures. She is survived by her husband of 15 years Kevin Connolly, her son Edward Donini of Milford and his companion Jenifer Pantazis, her sister Cathy Wicykowski of Mission, KS and her furry & feathered children Vegas, Luna, Rusty, Zebra, Sydney, Dusty and Pacifica. Along with her parents she was predeceased by her furry & feathered children Frosty, Tasha, Rudy, Whiskey, Dakota, Mercedes, Toby and Sunny. Therese’s family will receive friends on Saturday July 9, 2016 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. followed by a Memorial Service with Fr. John Melnick officiating at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield. Interment will be private in St. Patrick’s King Street Cemetery in Enfield.
