Tina Morin

Tina Louise Morin, 45, of Enfield, entered into eternal rest after a long and courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday September 1, 2009 at the Cancer Treatment Ctr. of America in Philadelphia, PA. She was born on Dec. 9, 1963 in Hartford, CT the daughter of the late Norman and Judy (Mahaffey) Morin and lived in Enfield most of her life. Tina was employed by the State of Connecticut Attorney General's Office for 15+ years and transferred to the Dept. of Children & Families for the past 8 years. Tina loved to play cards, trips to the casino, her pet cats and especially time spent with her family and friends. She was a member of the German Club in East Windsor. She is survived by her loving family; a daughter, Nicole Renée Morin of Enfield, her sisters, Dawn Ward and husband, James of Broad Brook, Justine Ryan Stanat and husband, Kenneth Jr. of East Windsor, Joell Morin of Enfield, nieces and nephews, Eric, Jessica, Matthew, Brett, Alyssa, Shailee, Ashlynn along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and her best friends, Jenifer Michaud and Bonnie McKenzie. Relatives and friends are invited to gather with Tina's family during calling hours on Wednesday September 9, 2009 from 4 to 8 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service with Pastor Barry Andrusik officiating at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield. Burial of Tina's cremains will take place on Saturday Sept. 12, 2009 at 10 a.m. in St. Catherine's Cemetery Broad Brook. Memorial donations in Tina's memory may be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Donor Connecticut 350 Church St. Lobby Level Hartford, CT 06103.
