Victoria "Vickie" Coleman Obituary

Victoria “Vickie” M. (Petrogallo) Coleman, of Enfield entered into eternal life on Wednesday December 22, 2010 at the age of 57 surrounded by family and friends at St. Francis Hospital & Medical Ctr., Hartford. She was the beloved wife of Thomas W. Coleman and daughter of Anna (Grobin) Petrogallo and the late Joseph “Pete” Petrogallo. Vickie was born on March 3, 1953 in Pittsburgh, PA and had resided in Enfield most of her life. She was employed for the past 30 years with the Connecticut Institute for the Blind, Hartford, CT and prior to that with Hitchcock Furniture. She loved her family, friends and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Vickie was the loving and devoted wife to Tom for 28 years, beloved daughter to Anna and loving mother to Nicholas Coleman all of Enfield and dear friend to many. Relatives and friends may gather with her family during calling hours on Monday (Dec. 27, 2010) from 3 to 7 pm at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday (Dec. 28, 2010) at 10 am with Fr. Roland Cloutier officiating at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels. Interment will follow in St. Patrick’s King St. Cemetery, Enfield. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the Connecticut Institute for the Blind 120 Holcomb St. Hartford, CT 06112.
