Vince Miceli

Vince “Vinnie” M. Miceli, 93, of Enfield, entered into eternal life, Monday (January 20, 2014). Born in the Thompsonville section of Enfield, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Josephine (Provanzano) Miceli. She graduated in 1938 from Enfield High School. Prior to retiring, she had been employed for 43 years with Aetna Life and Casualty, in Hartford, CT. Vinnie was a lifelong member of St. Patrick Church, where she was a Eucharistic Minister and for 15 years served as the assistant to the Director of the CCD program. She was a past president of the St. Patrick Altar Society, and a member of both the St. Joseph Society and Aetna Girls Club. Vinnie is survived by her twin sister, Jeanette Rinaldi of Enfield, her dear niece Linda Rinaldi and her husband James Burks of Palmyra, NJ. She also leaves her great nephews Jarrett Burks and Jalen Burks, both of Palmyra, NJ and a great niece Samantha Rinaldi of Tolland, CT. Vinnie was predeceased by her brother-in-law, Louis C. Rinaldi and nephew John C. Rinaldi. Family and friends may gather at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 24, at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels, 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield, for a procession to St. Patrick Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., followed by burial in St. Patrick King St. Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Thursday, January 23, 2014 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial donations in Vinnie’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
