William J. Bauer Jr. died peacefully at home on Sept. 11, 2013 with his wife, Nancy, and best friend, Cliff Weeks, at his side. He was born January 10, 1949 in Morristown NJ, son of William & Annette (Farrick) Bauer. Billy loved to travel, cook, garden and especially to fish. Multitudes of fish are rejoicing! He is survived by his wife, Nancy, his sister Doree Ann Bauer, his brother and sister-in-law Dennis & Shirley Bauer and his brother Jeffrey Bauer, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and a host of nieces and nephews. Relatives and friend may gather with his family on Friday (Sept. 13, 2013) from 5-7 p.m. at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial at St. Martha Church 214 Brainard Rd. Enfield will be held on Saturday (Sept. 14, 2013) at 10 a.m. Burial will be at the convenience of his family in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield, CT.
