Albert Axel Aronson, age 77, of Orange, passed away in the Hospital of St. Raphael in New Haven on July 12, 2010. He was born on July 20, 1932, in Milford to the late Axel and Rose Lagier Aronson. He proudly served in the US Navy during the Korean War. He was employed for over 40 years at SNET and was the former owner of Pepe Realty Assoc. Mr. Aronson is survived by his loving wife, of 36 years, Cherrie Clark Aronson, children Albert Aronson of West Haven, Timothy Aronson of Milford and Lisa Dearing of Tampa, FL, stepchildren Cherry Malcom of West Boylston, MA and Ralph Malcom of Niantic, CT., sisters Rose Schuler and her husband Donald of Stratford and Geneive Hunnicutt and husband Edward of Milford, brother-in-law Walter Clark III of Orange, many grandchildren and several great grandchildren, nieces & nephews. Upon Al’s request, arrangements are private and are being handled by the Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 Broad St., Milford.
