Anna (Lynn) Orr, age 96, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2013 at Milford Health Care Center. Anna was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Orr and beloved mother of the late Joanne Orr. Anna was born on Sept. 11, 1916 in Centralia, PA., a daughter of the late John and Anastasia Lynn. Anna leaves four devoted children, Carolyn Benlock and husband, Mike of Milford, Janice Orr of Shelton, Thomas Orr of Victor, NY and Susan Orr and husband Cameron Gilchrist of Newtown. Four grandchildren, Paul Routzahn and wife, Peggy of Oakville, David Routzahn and wife Danielle of Oxford, and Chelsea Gilchrist and Evan Gilchrist of Newtown. Also, two great granddaughters, Sara Routzahn and Katie Routzahn of Oxford. Along with several nieces and nephews, Anna is also survived by one brother, Peter Lynn and his wife, Eleanor of Stratford. In addition to her husband, Joseph and daughter Joanne, Anna was predeceased by one sister, Mary Charuk, and seven brothers: John, Joseph, Stephen, Nicholas, Michael, Metro and Jim Lynn. Anna's family would like to thank the staff at Milford Health Care for their outstanding care of their mother. A Prayer Service will be held Tuesday March 5, 2013 at 10:30 am in the Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 Broad St, Milford, CT. Friends may call prior to the service from 9:30am to 10:30am. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery Trumbull.
