Audrey Mae Teeden Motsinger, age 85, a lifelong resident of Milford, beloved wife of the late James E. Motsinger, passed away on Wednesday April 29, 2009 in Milford Hospital. She was born in Milford on January 22, 1924 to the late William Taylor and Sarah Jane Taylor Teeden. Mrs. Motsinger was a 1942 graduate of Milford High School and later worked in the accounting department of the former U.S. Motors and the Bryant Electric Co., until her retirement. She was a member of the American Legion Post 196 Auxiliary. Survivors include her devoted children, James E. Motsinger of Gainesville, FL., Virginia Anne Matthews and her husband Richard of Shelton and John P. Motsinger and his wife Peggy of Beacon Falls, CT., three grandchildren Crystal, Jonathan and Jason, two great grandchildren Jason and Jackie, including several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by a daughter Penny J. Irby and a grandson Bloise. All services are private and at the convenience of the family. The arrangements are in the care of the Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 Broad St., Milford.
