Bonnie Talibon
Bonnie Lee Margaret Talibon, age 64, of Danbury, Connecticut passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2015 in Danbury Hospital after a courageous fight with pancreatic cancer. She was born on May 25, 1951 in Flushing, Queens, NY to Joseph and the late Margaret Longo. Before retiring, she was a teacher of English in New Fairfield and taught Catholic School in Port Washington, NY. Migrating from Long Island, she was proud to be from Connecticut. A devoted wife, mother and caregiver, she will be remembered for her commitment to her children and husband, her love of animals and strong religious beliefs. Mrs. Talibon is survived by her loving husband, of 40 years, John M. Talibon, dedicated children Meredithe Talibon and Randall Talibon, sister Michelle Osik and her husband Dennis of Long Island, brother-in-laws George Talibon and his wife Regina of Smithtown, NY and Jimmy Talibon of Harrison, NY and nieces and nephews Nicole, Jordan, Kaitlyn, Gregory, Matthew, Michael, Candice and the late Jared. Calling hours are Thursday, July 23nd and Friday, July 24rd from 7 to 9pm at the Smith Funeral Home, 135 N. Broad St., Milford. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday July 25th at Marguerite Bourgeoys Church, in Brookfield, CT. at 11 am. Interment will follow in Gates of Heaven in Hawthorne, NY.Obituary
