Carol Ann Prigge, age 61, of West Haven, died suddenly on Saturday, August 23, 2008 in Yale New Haven Hospital. She was born on September 8, 1946 in Bridgeport to the late James and Elizabeth Ligouri Hartman. A beloved wife and mother, she is survived by her devoted husband, of 29 years, Richard H. Prigge, daughter Heather Licata of Milford, sister Patricia Hartman of Monroe, granddaughter Abigail, aunt Mary Lou Wolter, sister-in-law Nancy Vollano and her husband Joseph, their children John, Tom and Kimberly and many beloved friends. Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 Broad St., Milford is handling the arrangements. All funeral service are private.
