Carole B. James, age 63, of Milford, beloved wife of the late William James, passed away on October 10, 2011 in Milford Hospital . She was born December 4, 1947 in Ft. Kent Maine , daughter of the late Omer P. and Emma Pelletier Lozier. Carole was a retired dispatcher for the Bridgeport Mental Health Center . Survivors include her children Robert Lozier and his wife Rhonda and Melissa James Torres both of Milford , 9 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. Memorial Service will be held Saturday October 22, 2011 at 2:00 pm in New Life Church 255 Jones Hill Rd. West Haven with reception to follow. Interment will be private.
