Cecily Walsh, age 94, of Milford, passed away on Friday, November 13, 2015 in Seacrest Retirement Home in West Haven. She was born on January 27, 1921 in Canada to the late Henry and Frances Wakefield Tinker. Before retiring, she was a dedicated first grade teacher in Stratford for 30 years. Mrs. Walsh is predeceased by her loving husband Russell S. Walsh of 62 years. She is survived by her devoted sons Henrik Walsh and his wife Janice of Orange and Russell Walsh of Milford, granddaughter Cynthia Uhlan and her husband Donald of Florida and a host of extended family. All funeral services are private and are being handled by the Smith Funeral Home, 135 N Broad St, Milford.
