Heaven gained an angel on January 29th...Charles F. Boyle, Jr. (Charlie) 53, beloved husband of Lauren Hart Boyle, passed away at Yale New Haven Hospital. Charlie was loved by all who were blessed to know him...His sense of humor and heart of gold will always be remembered. Born on June 30, 1960 in New York, to the late Charles F. Sr. and Carol Boyle, Charlie grew up in New Milford, N.J. He graduated from New Milford High School in 1978. Charlie moved to Connecticut in 1997 and after leaving Shared Technologies, he and three partners embarked on their own company, TelServ LLC, based in Cromwell. An avid N.Y. Giants and Mets fan, Charlie got to the stadium to enjoy games with his family as much as possible. He was the Special Teams coach for his son’s Milford Eagles Pop Warner football team for the last seven years, and was very active in his children's sports. Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife Lauren, his son Jimmy and twin daughters Hailey and Kari. Charlie also leaves 8 siblings: Brian (Katie) of Vermont, Kevin and Billy of Milford, Kenny (Kim), Beth and Sharon of New Jersey, Craig of Arizona and Chris (Chrystyne) of South Carolina. He also leaves a host of nieces and nephews whom he adored. You will be missed Charlie, we love you. Friends may call Friday January 31st from 5pm to 8pm, at the Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 N.Broad St, Milford, The public is asked to meet DIRECTLY at St. Gabriel's Church, for a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday Feb.1st at 9:00 am. Burial to follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Milford.
