Deborah Ann Olsen, age 59, of Milford, passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2015 in Yale New Haven Hospital. She was the dedicated and devoted wife of Roy Olsen. A loving, caring, and helpful spirit will be missed dearly by all that knew her. She served the community as a registered nurse. Deborah was born on June 11, 1956 in Flushing, NY to Dennis and June Dalheimer DiTucci. Beside her husband, she is survived by her godchildren Christina Irizarry, Kristin Sheridan, Christine Olsen, Nicholas Kastango, Joanna SanPietro, Cameron Ball, and brother Dennis DiTucci of East Meadow, LI, sister Joan SanPietro and her husband Pat of Old Flushing, NY and aunts Thersa Dalheimer and Maryellen DiTucci. Calling hours are Wednesday, July 1, 2015 from 4 to 8pm at the Smith Funeral Home, 135 Broad St., Milford, with a prayer service being held at 7:30pm with Father Maroney and on Thursday, July 2nd in Quinn-Fogarty Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 3rd in St. Ann’s Church in Flushing. Interment will be private. Donations may be made in her name to the American Diabetes Assoc., 1701 N Beauregard St., Alexandria, VA 22308.
