Dorothy Tashlein
Dorothy Alice Tashlein, age 70, of Milford, died February 24, 2009 in Ft. Myers, Florida. She was born in Bridgeport January 29, 1939, daughter of the late Gustave and Emma Klein Birk. Mrs. Tashlein, a graduate of Milford High School Class of 1957 was a homemaker and the beloved wife of Harry George Tashlein for 49 years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her devoted children, Cindy Tashlein of Milford and Eric Tashlein of Orange, a brother Robert Birk of Maine, two sisters Ruth Gernat of Fairfield and Arlene Helton of Kentucky, two cherished grandchildren and one great grandson. The arrangements are in the care of Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 N. Broad St. Milford, CT 06460. All services are private and at the convenience of the family.
