Dorothy M. Zielinski, age 88 of Seymour, formerly of Milford, beloved wife of the late William Zielinski, passed away February 7, 2017 at Shady Knoll Health Care Center, Seymour. Dorothy was born in Springfield, MA, July 3, 1928, daughter of the late Albert and Rosina Cantori Viola. During her life, she worked for many years as a secretary for Milford Federal Credit Union and later Alinabal Corporation of Milford until her retirement. She is survived by her sons, Glenn Zielinski and his wife Colleen of Oxford, and Gary Zielinski of Campton, NH; her grandson, Curtiss Zielinski, and great grandson, Wesson Bernstein. Besides her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by her grandson, Robert Zielinski. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 AM in St. Mary’s Church, Gulf St. Milford. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Milford. Smith Funeral Home, 135 N. Broad St., Milford have been entrusted with arrangements.
