Eleanor Cuda
Eleanor “Elly” Lucille Cuda, age 85, of Milford, beloved wife of the late Gerald (Jerry) Cuda, died on Sunday, April 17, 2011, in her home with her beloved family by her side. Born on October 24, 1925 of Brooklyn, N.Y., daughter of the late Jacob and Frieda Friedman Bluhm. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she loved spending time with her family. Elly was a member of the Milford Senior Center, Elks, and Fairfield Emblem Club. She is survived by her children Lois M. Cuda Capossela (Jim) of Bridgeport, Barry Cuda (Laureen) of Bridgeport, Debra Lucas (Sonny) of Milford and Shari Koenig (Robert) of Woodbridge, a sister June Schrier of New Hampshire, 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. In addition to her husband and parents she is predeceased by a brother Dr. Phillip Bluhm. Funeral services will take place on Thursday April 21, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. in the Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 Broad St. Milford. Friends may call Wednesday 4~8pm.
