Elsie Henninger, age 101, of Orange, passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2008, in Lord Chamberlain Stratford. She was the beloved wife of the late William Henninger. Mrs. Henninger was born on April 12, 1906, in Glatt Germany to the late Hermann and Berta Umbercht Bernloehr. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker who enjoyed choir singing, dancing and crocheting, Mrs. Henninger was the former owner of the Gordon Francis Motel in Hyannis, Cape Cod. She is survived by her loving daughter Dolores Elisabeth Richter of Orange, grandchildren Kurt William Richter of Orange and Christina Richter Gunn of Hamden, two great grandchildren Jocelyn and Kurt William Richter Jr. A Memorial Service will be held on May 3, 2008 at 1:00 pm in the Orange Congregational Church Orange. The arrangements are in care of Smith and Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 Broad St., "On the Green" Milford.
