Fernande Lacroix
Fernande Cecile Lacroix, age 98, of Milford, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 in West River Health Care Center. She was born on April 25, 1910 in Lawrence, MA to the late Ernest and Flore Valliere Rheaume. A devoted wife and mother, she is survived by her children Dorothy Peleska of Baltimore, MD, Sandra Richards of Milford, Roger Lacroix of Virginia and Daniel Lacroix of West Haven, 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her loving husband Theodore Lacroix and son Theodore Lacroix. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, June 7, 2008 in St. Mary’s Church, 70 Gulf St., Milford at 10:30am. Interment will be private. Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 Broad St., Milford is handling the arrangements. Donations may be made in her name to Connecticut Home Hospice, 680 Bridgeport Ave., Shelton, CT 06484.Obituary
