Florence M. Stoehr, age 99, of Vero Beach, Florida and formerly of Milford, passed away on October 22, 2009 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach. She was born in Milford on April 6, 1910 and was a longtime Milford resident before moving to Vero Beach in 1968. Mrs. Stoehr was a former member of the First United Church of Christ Congregational. Survivors include her stepson Rev. Richard A. Stoehr of Center Sandwich,NH, and nieces Nancy Wells Niven of Dunedin, FL., and Susane Wells Forgham of Albuquerque, NM, several great nieces & nephews, including two great-grand nieces. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, Lawrence J. Meyers, second husband Louis J. Stoehr and a son Richard L. Meyers. A Graveside service will be held Friday November 6, 2009 at 11:30 am directly in Kings Highway Cemetery Milford.
