Helen DeLillo

Helen (Caiafa) DeLillo, age 84, of Milford, passed away on May 10, 2010 in Milford Hospital. She was the loving wife of 57 years to Vincent R. DeLillo. Mrs. DeLillo was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. on July 8, 1925 daughter of the late Luigi and Annunziata Donza Caiafa. She was a homemaker and devoted mother of Rosemary, John, Louis (Sara), Patrick (Carrie), Nancy Moody (Arnold). Her pride and joy in life were her eight grandchildren, Vincent, Jessica, Kayla, Jordan, Rebecca, Jacob, Audrey and Donovan. She is also survived by a brother Ben (Rose) Caiafa and many nieces & nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by five brothers and two sisters. Helen was loved by everyone whose life she entered and will be missed by all. “We love you Spring”- Rest in Peace. Calling hours will be held Thursday May 13, 2010 from 4 ~ 8pm at the Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 Broad St., Milford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 9:00 am directly in St. Mary’s Church Milford. Interment will follow in Kings Highway cemetery.
