Howard W. Reed, 54, of West Haven, beloved husband of Nancy Reed, departed this life on Tuesday, October 3, 2006 at Yale New Haven Hospital. Howard was born on February 23, 1952 in Patchug, NY, son of the late Athur and Erma Reed. Howard was the Principal of Garfield Elementary School in Bridgeport, and also held a Doctrate of Law. Funeral service were held on Saturday, October 7, 2006, at St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Milford. Interment is private and at the convenience of the family. The Smith Funeral Home of Milford was entrusted with arrangements.
