Jean Ethlyn Spiller Gardino, age 81, of Milford , passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 in Milford Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Louis J. Gardino of 58 years. Mrs. Gardino was born on September 11, 1928 in Mechanic Falls , Maine to the late Earnest and Nora Russell Spiller. Jean was a homemaker and previously worked for the Henry L. Stuart Co., for several years. In addition to her husband she is survived by her devoted children Louis Gardino Jr., Jerry Gardino, John Gardino and Ronald Gardino all of Milford, two brothers Jerry Spiller of Shelton, Zane Spiller of Milford and a sister Virginia Lichac of CO., four grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Besides her parents, she is predeceased by sisters Evelyn, Dorcas and Louise and brothers Lenroy and Josh. Calling hours and prayer service will be held Friday June 25th from 4~8pm at the Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 N. Broad St. , Milford . Interment will be private.
