Leonore Weinberg Cohen age 85, of Milford died on Friday, January 22, 2010 at Ct Hospice in Branford. She was born on February 12, 1924 in Binghamton, N.Y. to the late Melvin and Beatrice Lelewer Weinberg. Mrs. Cohen was the co-owner of Docktor Pet in the Ct Post Mall Milford, along with her late husband Harold Cohen. She is survived by her children Phyllis Cohen of Milford and Michael Cohen of San Francisco, CA. A Graveside service will be held on Thursday January 28, 2010 at 1:00 pm directly in Mishkan Israel Cemetery 701 Whalley Ave.(Section near Blake St.) New Haven, CT 06515. The arrangements are in the care of Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 Broad St., Milford. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the Ct Hospice 100 Double Beach Rd. Branford, CT 06405.
