Muriel Krusz Butler died on December 17, 2008, in the Hospital of St. Raphael. She was born August 17, 1922 to William and Marie Ange Bernier in Quebec City, Province of Quebec, Canada. She is survived by her husband, of 23 years, John, daughter Cynthia M. Krusz, stepdaughter Lisa Laatsch and her husband Mark and grandsons Matthew and Daniel. She was predeceased by her brother L. J. Bernier and her first husband Francis C. Krusz. Muriel was devoted to the Auxiliary of the Hospital of St. Raphael and served on the Board for more than twenty years. She will be remembered as a devoted mother and wife and enjoyed her time with her “bridge buddies”. Calling hours are Sunday, December 28, 2008 from 2 to 5 pm at the Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 Broad St., Milford. Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial directly at Holy Infant Church, Racebrook Rd., Orange on Monday, December 29th at 10:30am. Interment will follow in Orange Center Cemetery.
