Patricia A. Kolodziejczyk, age 47, of Milford, passed away on Thursday August 8, 2013 in St. Raphael’s Hospital after a brief illness. She was born on June 22, 1966 in Bridgeport to Chester F. and Mary Joann Sabol Kolodziejczyk. Patricia worked as a dietician assistant at Lord Chamberlain in Stratford. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother Richard Kolodziejczyk of Milford and his twin sister Dorothy Cruzado of Bridgeport, niece Dominique Kolodziejczyk of New Haven, nephews Allen Morales and Nickolas Kolodziejczyk both of Milford and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Calling hours are Monday, August 12, 2013 from 4 to 8pm at the Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 N. Broad St., Milford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, directly in St. Mary’s Church Milford at 10:30am. Entombment will follow in Mt. St. Peters Cemetery in Derby. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of ones choice.
