Stan W. Fivekiller, age 51, of New Haven, passed away on November 17, 2009 in Yale New Haven Hospital. Born on October 27, 1958 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to the late Edwin C. and Elizabeth Davis Fivekiller, Stan was a graduate of Yale University. He sang with the Whiffenpoofs of 1981, the Baker’s Dozen and was a Fellow of Calhoun College. Stan owned and operated Five Fine Foods catering in New Haven. He was a graduate of Peter Kump’s in New York and received his Advanced Sommelier Certificate in 2004 . Stan worked in area restaurants as a Chef, Manager, Wine Director and Culinary Consultant. He is survived by his brother Rick Fivekiller of Santa Fe, New Mexico and numerous friends and many friends who loved him. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a sister Diana Bramlette. A memorial celebration of Stan’s life will be held in New Haven at a date, place to be announced in the Spring of 2010. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Stan W.
