Susan E. Martin Evans, age 55, of Milford, passed away on Wednesday April 15, 2009 at Milford Hospital. She was born in Milford on May 2, 1953 to the late Robert and Catherine Stowe Martin. Mrs. Evans worked as a glass technician at ASML in Wilton, CT for 20 years. She was active as the Den Mother for the local Boy Scouts, the official photographer for the Milford Oyster Festival Committee, as well as serving on the festival committee at the First United Church of Christ Congregational. She is survived by her beloved husband of 18 years, Craig Evans, her son Bryan Richardson of Orange, her brother Michael Martin of Ansonia, her sister Pam Attruia of West Haven, as well as several nieces and nephews, and many, many good friends. The arrangements are in the care of Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home 135 N. Broad St. Milford. A memorial service will be held Saturday April 18, 2009 directly at the First United Church of Christ Congregational, 34 West Main St. Milford at 12 Noon. Interment will be private.
