William “Bart” Bartley Allen, Sr., age 47, of Milford, passed away in his home after a long illness, on Monday, July 26, 2010. A life long Milford resident he was born on October 7, 1962 to William Howard Allen and the late Beverly Ann Bartley Allen. He served in the US Army for 8 years and was a former plumber for Raps Plumbing. He was a toy and coin collector. Besides his father, he is survived by his son William B. Allen Jr of MI, sisters Stacie Reed and her husband Bill and Natalee Petrie and her husband Rob all of Milford and several nieces and nephews. All funeral services are private and are being handled by the Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 Broad St., Milford.
