Helen Errico

Naugatuck-Helen R. (Pappano) Errico, 93, passed away on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Waterbury Hospital shortly after admittance. She was the widow of Frederick J. Errico. Mrs. Errico was born on May 22, 1919 in Naugatuck a daughter of the late Fidele Pappano and Lucy (Nardello) Pappano. She was retired from Uniroyal Inc where she worked for 35 years. She was a member of the Christopher Columbo Ladies Aux. She is survived by her son, Frederick J. Errico Jr. of Naugatuck, her son in law, Ronald L. Ruby Sr. of Naugatuck, one granddaughter, Krista Accuosti and her husband Mark of Waterbury, her grandson, Ronald L. Ruby Jr. of Naugatuck, two great grandchildren, Ryan Ruby and Elenor Accuosti and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband she was predeceased by her daughter, Lenore (Errico) Ruby, three sisters, Josephine Guarino, Carmella George and Catherine Pappano. She was also predeceased by her brother Joseph Pappano. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. from the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Ave, Naugatuck to St. Francis of Assisi Church, 318 Church St, for a mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery.
