my deepest sympathies to all of karin's family....i work at kennedy high school as the cafe manager.....i was quite friendly with your mom and we shared many stories and experiences at kennedy....we also shared our love of ordering clothes from the blair catalogs and would show each other our latest buys.....many times we would laugh because we would order the same outfits.....i did attend her funeral service and was very moved by the things that people said about her, as i could really relate and remember karin in the same way.....it was also nice to see the church that she spoke of so often and was so devoted to.....again my sympathies to all of you and may GOD bless you all with the strength to get through the days ahead.....very sincerely, donna fortin

I was so very sorry to read of Karin's death. I was a teacher at Kennedy H.S. when Karin was there. She was an extremely efficient secretary. If I had a problem with the office machines or scheduling daily routines Karin was always knowledgeable and very helpful with the information that I needed. I last saw Karin in the Fall. She indicated that she was having some health problems and I said that I would pray for her. Please accept my sincerest condolences.

Dear Julie & Karl,
My deepest sympathy on the passing of your mother. I am a teacher at Kennedy High and have had the opportunity to work with your mom for many years. She was a special lady who I have missed since she retired a few years ago. She shared many wonderful stories about her family, Brewster, and her travels abroad. Karin loved life and her role as a mother and caregiver. What a great lady.
Sincerely, Ann DiLorenzo Mari
