Kenneth M. Ballard Enjoyed flying, working out in gym NAUGATUCK — Mr. Kenneth Michael Ballard, 33, died unexpectedly in Naugatuck on Saturday, April 16, 2011. Mr. Ballard was born in Derby on Dec. 20, 1977, a son of Peter Ballard of New Smyrna Beach, Fla., and Eloise (Regan) Ballard - Raymond of Naugatuck. He was employed at ITD in Prospect. He enjoyed flying and working out at the gym, and was an avid Boston Red Sox fan. Besides his parents, Mr. Ballard is survived by two brothers, Randy Ballard of Naugatuck, and Michael Raymond of Waterbury; his stepmother, Grace Ballard of New Smyrna Beach, Fla.; his stepfather, William C. Raymond of Naugatuck; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
