Waterbury- Linn M. Davis- Asplund, 58 passed away on Saturday November 20, 2010 at Waterbury Hospital. She was the wife of Charles Asplund Sr. Linn was born on July 2, 1952 and is the daughter of Ardis (Allen) Davis and the late Mearl Davis. She worked for the E.S.I. Company in prospect as an electronic assembler. Linn was also a school advocate for the Waterbury schools. Besides her mother and husband she leaves two daughters; Heather Asplund of Waterbury and Crystal Asplund of Torrington, two sons; Mark and his wife Diane Davis and Charles Asplund Jr both of Waterbury; two sisters Lorraine and her husband Michael Makowski of Oakville and Penny and her husband William Greensway of Naugatuck and three brothers Edward Davis of Plainville, Terry and Mearl Davis both of Naugatuck, five loving grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and one aunt Nancy Dalpe of Bellingham Mass. Funeral services for Linn will be held on Saturday November 27. At the Buckmiller brothers funeral Home 26 Waterbury Rd. Route 69 Prospect at 11:00 am. Calling Hours will be from 9:30 to 11:00 Saturday morning. Burial will be private.
