Margaret Denigris

Naugatuck-Margaret Anna (Hackett) Denigris, 77 passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2010 at Paradigm Healthcare Center of Prospect surrounded by her loving family. Margaret was born on June 21, 1933 in Waterbury a daughter of the late R. Howard and Margaret Mary (McGrath) Hackett. She was a retired employee of Uniroyal, Inc where she worked for many years. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting and most of all being involved with her family. She is survived by one daughter, Sharon Carney and her husband Paul of Waterbury, one sister, Carol Carter of Naugatuck, one brother, Robert Hackett and his wife Sandra of Bristol, two grandchildren James Carney of Waterbury and Shannon Carney-Ceberek and her husband Adam of Torrington, two great-granddaughters, Olivia and Alexa Ceberek and several nieces and nephews. A memorial mass will be held on Friday, August 13, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi, 318 Church St, Naugatuck. Friends and family are asked to meet directly at the church. Burial of the cremains will be in St. James Cemetery. Friends may call at the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Ave, Naugatuck on Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. Memorial Contributions may be made to: Paradigm of Prospect, Recreation Dept, 25 Royal Crest Drive, Prospect CT 06712.
