Patricia Holloway

Naugatuck-Patricia (Marling) Holloway, 76, of 32 Andrew Mountain Rd, passed away on Thursday, July 29, 2010 at St. Mary's Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Carl E. Holloway, Sr. Patricia was born on May 18, 1934 in Bellaire, OH a daughter of the late Vernon and Vera (Moffet) Marling. She was retired from Phillison of Watertown. She was a communicant of St. Francis Church. She loved going to the casino and spending time with her grandchildren. Besides her husband of Naugatuck she is survived by three sons, Victor Holloway and his wife Diane of High Springs, FL, Carl E. Holloway Jr. and James Holloway both of Naugatuck, three daughters, Janet Lara of Waterbury, Margaret Perregaux of Naugatuck and Barbara Moran and her husband Henry also of Naugatuck, one brother Robert Marling of Florida, sixteen grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother James Marling. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. from the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Ave, Naugatuck to St. Francis of Assisi Church for a mass at 9:00 a.m. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Rosenthal and Karen Nardella for the special care they gave Pat.
