Waterbury, CT William A. Rabtoy, 57, died suddenly Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at his home. Bill was born September 12, 1957 in Waterbury, CT a son of the late Robert G. Rabtoy and the late Joan (Sullivan) Wright and had lived in Wolcott and Waterbury for most of his life. Bill attended Wolcott High School and worked for many years in the construction industry. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and motorcycles, and was an avid NY Yankees fan. Bill is survived by his companion of over 30 years, Kathleen E. Cianciola; his sister, Elizabeth A. Rinaldi and her husband Salvatore; his sister, Roberta J. Grady; his brother, Paul L. Rabtoy and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 11:00am at the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery, Naugatuck. Calling hours are Wednesday from 10:00am to 11:00am.
