THE CASEY FAMILY IS HONORED TO BE ASSISTING AND CARING FOR THE FAMILY OF GLORIA E. VACCARELLI WATERBURY – Gloria E. (Cowing) Vaccarelli, age 85 of Waterbury, passed away peacefully at Glendale Healthcare in Naugatuck after a brief illness. She was the wife of Peter Vaccarelli Gloria was born on August 29, 1934 in Milo ME the daughter of the late Harry and Myrtle Cowing. Gloria worked for many years for the State of CT, Department of Social Services and retired as a Supervisor. She enjoyed traveling and shopping. She will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know and love her. Left to cherish her memory and honor her legacy, besides her husband of 34 years, are her children; Mark Hamlin of Waterbury, Scott Hamlin of Augusta ME, daughters; Jerrilou Hamlin of Dover-Foxcroft ME, Lori Hamlin of Philadelphia PA, Glenda Middeleer of Newtown CT, Lisa Hamlin of Spring Hill FL. Gloria was blessed with 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild. She was predeceased by her son, Eric Hamlin, her brother, Richard Cowing her twin sister, Glenda Daggett and her sister, Thedia Cowing.
