THE CASEY FAMILY AND STAFF AT O'NEILL FUNERAL HOME ARE HONORED TO BE CARING FOR AND ASSISTING THE FAMILY OF MARY MONTAGNA OAKVILLE –Mary T. Montagna age 94, of Oakville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at home, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family after an extended illness. Mary was born in her home in Oakville, CT on November 14, 1922, the daughter of the late Silvio and Margaret (Vitone) Montagna. She was a graduate of Waterbury Catholic High School and was a lifelong resident of Oakville. Mary spent many years working as a secretary at the former Lux Clock Manufacturing Company until her retirement. She was a parishioner of Saint Mary Magdalen Church and was a dedicated and loving Aunt who loved to spend time with her family. She will be sadly missed by her loving family and all who were blessed to know and love her. Among her survivors are many nephews and nieces including, Robert Montagna and his wife, Amy of Reading, MA. her great nephew, Joseph Montagna, who was her private care giver and also whom she shared her home with for the past several years.
