Martin “Marty” Phillips, 91 of Vernon and loving husband of 14 years to Katherine “Kathy” (Beaulieu) Phillips passed away at his home on Sunday, March 19, 2017. He was born February 4, 1926 in Rockville where he was a lifetime resident. He retired as building superintendent for the Tolland Judicial Court System. Besides his loving wife he leaves behind his siblings, Francis Phillips and Angelina Skoly; three step sons, Jay Dimick, Bart Dimick and Elton Parrish as well as many nieces and nephews. Marty was predeceased by his siblings; Angelina Phillips, Oscar Phillips, Paul Phillips, Consetta West, Anthony Phillips, Nichols Philips, Margorie Pellegrini and Lorraine Beaulieu.
