Thomas “TJ” Joseph Armstrong passed away August 17, 2017. He was born in Rockville on September 16, 1985, raised in Stafford, and graduated from high school. He is survived by his parents, Donna Elizabeth (Reyes) Armstrong and Paul Edward Santo Armstrong of Rockville; his brothers, Paul and Mitchel Armstrong of Rockville, a grandmother, Paula Mangiafico Martin Armstrong of Vernon, his son Domanic of Vermont; many aunts, uncles, and cousins, including his uncles Michael Armstrong of New Hampshire, Eddie Armstrong of Vernon, Jimmy Armstrong of Vernon, Frank Armstrong of Vernon, Joseph Armstrong of Ellington, Joseph Pare of Bolton, and Charlie Reyes of Stafford; his great-uncle, Bobby Mangiafico of Hartford; godmother and godfather, Lisa Mangi and her predeceased husband, David, of Southington. He also leaves his companion Alex Guba and her mother Marybeth Hull, the mother of his son Mellissa Shepard, his aunt Barbara Fellows and her husband Ray, his friends Joe Tree, Amy Dondero, Donavin Secor, Seun Soucy, Paula Rivard, Mindy Phea, Valery Dondero, and many more. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Alice and Ray Pare, Edward Armstrong; his step-grandfather, Phil Martin.
