Lorraine Foley

Lorraine I. (Noel) Foley, 87, of Rockville, widow of Charles J. Foley, passed away Tuesday Dec 18, 2012 with her family by her side. She was born June 20, 1925 in Belchertown, MA the daughter of the late Wilfred and Catherine (Bisnette) Noel. She was a communicant of St Bernard’s Church, Rockville. She was a U S Navy Veteran of World War II. She is survived by her children and their spouses; Charles and Elizabeth Foley, Michael and Karen Foley, Patrick and Georgette Foley, Laurie Anne Foley Woodward, Timothy and Suzanne Foley, John and Naomi Foley, Teresa Foley, Catherine Foley and Thomas Tyrol, William Foley, Eileen Foley Kehoe, Christopher and Sonia Foley, Sean and Maria Foley, Daniel and Michelle Foley, 38 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild, many nieces, and nephews. She was the oldest of 7 siblings and a cousin. She was predeceased by two sons Thomas and James, a brother and three sisters. Friends may gather Friday at St Bernard’s Church, Rockville for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Burial will follow in St Bernard’s Cemetery, Rockville. Relatives and friends may call at the Burke-Fortin Funeral Home on Friday from 9 Am until 10:30 AM.
