Henry Duchaine

Henry E. Duchaine, 96, of Tolland, beloved husband of the late Edith Duchaine, passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2013. He was born April 21, 1917 in Worcester, MA, son of the late Napoleon and Rose Marie (Bedard) Duchaine. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by his children Raymond Duchaine and his wife Nancy of SC and Carol Grous and her husband Donald of Tolland. He also leaves his grandchildren Patti Ann Bryan, Raeann Roderick, Alan Grous, David Grous, Donald Grous, Jr., Lori Grous, and Kim Grous as well as eleven great grandchildren. He was predeceased by three brothers and three sisters. Relatives and friends may join the family on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 from 9:30 am - 10:30 am at the Tolland Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Merrow Road (Rt. 195), Tolland, CT 06084. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. Matthew's Church, Tolland at 11am. Burial will be held at St. Bernard's Cemetery, Vernon.
