Matthew Adamczyk Punty, 28, passed away September 18, 2015. He graduated from UConn and Sacred Heart University, with both his BS and MS degrees in environmental science. Although Matt was working as a financial advisor with a New Haven investment firm, he considered himself a scientist: his natural resources books still line his shelves. Matthew is survived by his mother Mary (Adamczyk) Nichols and his stepfather Jeffrey Nichols of Tolland, and his brother Christopher Adamczyk Punty of San Antonio. He is also survived by his father Ronald Punty and his wife Sharon of Ashford, his brother Scott N. Punty of Massachusetts, and step-siblings Sarah and Gregory Garrison. Also, there are his girlfriend Allie Price and many other friends and relatives, including his Babcia Hedy Adamczyk of Fairfield. He was pre-deceased by his Dziadzi Joseph Adamczyk.
