Michael Lauri Rowe, Sr. 65, of Windsor Locks passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 19, 2017. Michael was born June 4, 1952 in Hartford, CT the son of the late George H. Rowe, III and Laura V. (Corby) Rowe. He was a graduate of Stuttgart (Germany)American High School. Michael served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era and was a Life member of the D.A.V. of Enfield and a Life member of the V.F.W. Post 2390 in New Hartford. Michael is survived by his beloved wife, Kayla Patterson of Middletown; two sisters, Bonnie L. Rowe of Bloomfield and Martha E. Rowe and her husband, Michael J. Labbe of Hebron; a brother, George H. Rowe, IV and his wife, Sharon of Windsor Locks and three nieces, two nephews, three grand-nieces and a grand-nephew. In addition to his parents he was also predeceased by a brother, Timothy J. Rowe. Per Michael's wishes there are no calling hours. Funeral services and burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the CT Humane Society, 701 Russell Rd., Newington, CT 06111.
